Fees for Main School
It is our policy to keep fees to the minimum necessary to maintain the School’s standards and facilities. These are normally reviewed annually at Easter, with any change coming into effect from September. Parents normally receive a term’s notice of any change.

A non-returnable Registration fee of £50 is required with the completed registration form.
NOTES ON FEES AND CHARGES:
A Deposit of £200 for UK and EU applications is required to secure a place.
Boarding fees include all accommodation, meals, laundry, all ordinary medical and nursing charges, Wi-Fi, all timetabled sports, and the use of all sports and music facilities, excluding private tuition. It also covers most school run activities after lessons and at weekends. Additional charges for special events, transport, public examination fees and some teaching materials will be notified to parents.
Fees for all departments are payable on receipt of the termly Fee Invoice and no later by the first day of term. Payment of fees by direct debit and ‘School Fee Plan’ are available – please contact the Bursary department for details. Interest will be charged at the rate of 2% per month on any late payments.

Note: All fees are payable termly in advance. Please see overleaf for methods of payment.
A full term’s written notice addressed to the Headmaster is required on or before the first day of term at the end of which a pupil is to be removed. Otherwise a full term’s fees must be paid in lieu of notice. Such notice will be acknowledged in writing by the Headmaster and only such acknowledgment constitutes acceptance.
1. By Cheque:
Three termly payments payable seven working days before term starts. Cheques made payable to ‘Kingsmead School (Hoylake) Trust Ltd’.
2. Direct Payment:
Three termly payments paid directly into the school’s bank account seven working days before the start of term. Bank Account details are shown on the Fee Invoice. If using this method of payment please ensure your Account No. (as shown on the invoice) is entered as the reference.
3. Direct Debit:
Nine direct debit instalments collected on the 5th day (or nearest working day) of: September, October and November for the Autumn Term, January, February and March for the Spring Term and May, June, July for the Summer Term.
There is no charge for this payment method.

For parents with two or more children, with at least one child attending the main school, there will be a 10% reduction in tuition fees for the second child and each subsequent child.
